I was looking for a used 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium gas engine car with low miles to use as a second car. I saw the car advertised online and sent a email to Grieco and within 10 minutes I received a call from Cristin and she confirmed that the car with still available and she set up an appointment for me to meet with the salesperson that same day. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Ray who is very experienced, professional and was eager to make sure that I got a chance to test drive the car that day. The car was being serviced and they allowed me to see it before it was cleaned up. The car was in mint condition and they did all of the standard checks and service, e. g. oil change, filters, etc and they put 4 new tires on the vehicle. I have owned a number of Fords and know the product well. I did the test drive within an hour and I decided to buy the car. The price of car was fair ( ~1,200 less than the Kelly Blue book). Ray make all the logistics and paperwork seamless and he made sure the vehicle was ready that evening when we came back to pick it up with a full tank of gas !!!! There were no high pressure selling tactics when I met with the manager Ricardo to do the paperwork. He mentioned the numerous extended warranties and protection plans - which I appreciated but did not pressure me to sign up for them. It is without reservation that I would recommend this dealership.
